Assistant Horeca Manager / Floormanager

For our new horeca concept, we are looking for an Assistant Horeca Manager / Floormanager who maintains a clear overview, leads the team, and ensures that every shift runs smoothly. We are seeking someone who understands the importance of rhythm, teamwork, and guest experience and actively manages all three.

During service, you are the key presence on the floor. You work closely with the Horeca Manager, support the team where needed, and ensure that the bar, kitchen, and floor operate seamlessly as one. You stay focused under pressure, adapt quickly, and create an environment where guests feel that everything flows naturally.

Your role
As Floormanager you ensure every shift runs smoothly. You guide the team, maintain quality, and keep overview during peak hours. You are present on the floor and actively help where needed.

As Assistant Manager you support daily operations, help maintain structure, assist with orders and stock, and make sure the team understands what is happening and where we are heading. You are the link between execution and organisation.

… has at least 4 years of horeca experience;

… stays calm when the pace increases.
