Are you at your best when it gets busy and the pace picks up? Behind the bar you stay sharp, work with structure, and make sure guests have a great experience from the first order to the last round.

During your shift you run the bar, keep overview, and work together with the team to maintain quality, speed, and strong service.

Your role
You independently run the bar during your shift and maintain overview, even during busy moments. You set the right priorities during peak hours and prepare coffee, drinks, and classic cocktails with attention to quality. You keep the bar clean and well organized, balance speed with consistency, and create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. At the same time, you work closely with the floor team and kitchen to ensure smooth service.

What we are looking for
– Proven experience behind the bar.
– Ability to stay calm and focused during busy moments.
– Barista experience.
– Knowledge of classic cocktails ( making a proper margarita is enough 🙂 )
– Social, energetic personality and team player mindset.
– Positive attitude and strong energy.
