Head chef

For our horeca concept we are looking for an experienced Head Chef who takes ownership of the kitchen and brings direction to the food concept. Someone with vision, structure, and a strong passion for clean, healthy food. Quality, simplicity, and flavour are at the heart of everything we do.

As Head Chef you are responsible for the full kitchen operation. You lead the team, maintain standards, and ensure the operation runs smoothly from preparation to service. You work closely with management to translate the concept into daily execution.

Your role
As Head Chef you lead the kitchen and ensure everything runs as it should. You organise daily operations, guide the team, and safeguard quality, structure, and efficiency. You make sure preparation is solid and service flows naturally.

You are responsible for planning, purchasing, and stock management. You monitor costs and waste, identify operational improvements, and implement them throughout the season. You ensure hygiene, food safety, and working standards are consistently met.

You actively work alongside the team and lead by example.

What we are looking for-
– At least 5 years of experience in professional kitchens.
– Someone who takes ownership and maintains overview.
– Leadership skills and the ability to guide a small team.
– Passion for healthy, high quality ingredients and clean flavours.
– Strong attention to detail in preparation and presentation.
– An organised, proactive, hands on approach.
