Sous chef / Second chef

RIF010 is looking for a Sous Chef who wants to help build the kitchen and support the daily operation. You will work closely with the Head Chef, contribute to the execution, and help strengthen the quality of every service.

We work with a contemporary menu in a compact, fast moving kitchen where pace, structure, and teamwork are essential. No unnecessary complexity, just solid preparation, clear organisation, and working together to make every service run well.

Your role
You independently run your own station and take responsibility for maintaining quality and pace during every service. You work according to the standards set by the Head Chef and ensure your mise en place is clean, organized, and well prepared. In a fast paced kitchen you maintain structure and overview, follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines, and actively contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.

– Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
