Waiter

For our horeca concept we are looking for enthusiastic waiters to join our team on a 0-hour contract. Are you studying or at the start of your career and looking for a flexible job that fits around your schedule? Then this could be a great match for you.

You will have your own responsibility on the floor and play an important role in the overall guest experience. You help ensure service runs smoothly, manage your own section, and contribute to the atmosphere that keeps people coming back

RIF010 is a place in the heart of Rotterdam where sport, hospitality, events, and community come together. We operate with a small team, which means you are truly part of the operation rather than just working shifts.

The pace can be high, especially on busy days. We support each other where needed, switch quickly, and work together to maintain both quality and a welcoming atmosphere.

Your role
During your shift you are responsible for your own tables and guest interaction. You make sure guests feel welcome, keep your workspace organized, and coordinate smoothly with the bar and kitchen to keep service running well. You work independently while remaining part of a close team.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone available at least two days per week, including one weekend day. You are guest focused, energetic, and social, can stay calm during busy moments, and take responsibility for your work. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but motivation and attitude matter more.
