Safety

At every surf session, you are watched over by our lifeguard or  your surf instructor. Instructors and lifeguards know all about safety on the water and ensure that you can have an unforgettable session. They also carry a first aid certificate. The lifeguard monitors the take-off zone, the spot where you paddle for a wave. He or she ensures that other surfers wait if you’ve fallen during your take-off.

Both lifeguards and instructors know exactly what to do in case of an emergency. They can quickly remove people from the water and can provide first aid if necessary. All our instructors have been trained through the International Surfing Association (ISA), and lifeguards have a certificate recognized by the International Lifesaving Society (ILS).
