Easily accessible.

Public transport

We are easily accessible by public transport. Our entrance at Vlasmarkt is just a 5-minute walk from Rotterdam Blaak train, tram and metro station, and 5 minutes from Beurs metro station. Coming from Rotterdam Centraal, it’s two stops on metro line D (towards De Akkers) or metro line E (towards Slinge) to Beurs metro station. From Rotterdam Centraal, you can also take tram 23 towards Beverwaard and get off at Beurs.

Are you coming by bike? Next to the entrance of RiF010, you’ll find a free covered bicycle parking provided by the municipality. The address of this parking is Zijl 10A.

Safe parking

By Car

If you’re coming by car, set your navigation system to Dominee Jan Scharpstraat 306. That’s the address of the parking garage underneath the Markthal. There are over 1000 parking spaces available, and you can also charge your electric car if needed. Click on the button below to reserve you parking tickets with a discount!

On the map, you’ll see RiF010, with our Restaurant & Surfbar and shop located on the north side of the wave pool. The entrance to it is on Steiger. From the ‘hang loose’ terrace on Hang, you can also watch the surfers and enjoy the sun all day. The Markthal is across the street. If you’re coming from Coolsingel or Beurs metro station, you’ll reach our entrance via Steiger.

ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair and disabled

We want to be accessible to a wide audience, so we like to think along and are working to make the venue even more accessible

The Surfpool and Surfbar & Kitchen are accessible via a disabled lift at the entrance near Vlasmarkt, on the left side of the terrace. Be sure to let us know if assistance with this is required.

The surfshop and reception are accessible via the entrance at the Steiger. Here you can also change clothes (the changing rooms downstairs are not accessible by wheelchair).

Our toilet is not accessible by wheelchair, but the toilet at McDonald’s on the Hoogstraat may be used. From our entrance, there is direct access on the back entrance of the McDonald’s.
